None of these parts were used, and the biggest proof is showing the pump hose/cord has no warmth or water stains inside the hose and tags are not removed (would be hard to clean up). The only part that was handwashed are the silicone cups in preparation to use, but got a free hospital pump to take home and have been using that ever since. I can not return thebox because the return policy sticker has been cut open in the top. Every part works fine and never used!
